Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the rare case you're not obsessed with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same/different product within 30 days from receipt. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order.

Whether you're looking to return your product for a full refund / exchange it, the shipping costs are supported by you. 

Any taxes / customs charges which may occur are supported by the customer, thus why please send DDP (delivery duties paid) so the return process will be fast and smooth.

  • A restocking fee of $3.99 per item will be applicable to all returns. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We accept returns on all merchandise. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns.

In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item. You MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund. 

Should you like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. As orders are processed quickly, changes/cancellations can not be guaranteed.

Items bought during special sale periods (i.e. Summer Sale, Black Friday, Winter Sale etc.) are only eligible for store-credit refund.

Notes:

  • Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
  • Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.


RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

a. Contact our customer support team at support@ulvano.com to notify them about your intent to return the item(s).

b. Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

c. Print the return form provided by our CS Assistants, complete it and place it inside the return package. Make sure to send a picture (or scan it) via email to us as well.
* Packages without the return form inside won't be processed.

d. Arrange and pay for the return shipping to our designated return address. *MAKE SURE TO SEND DDP (DELIVERY DUTIES PAID)*. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

e. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund as per our refund policy.
    f. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 2-3 days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

    Tag Size vs. Actual Size

    You may notice that the tag on some of our apparel displays a size that is different from what you are accustomed to. Please note that this discrepancy is due to variations in international sizing standards. However, we want to make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible. Therefore, we adjust the size to match US sizing, ensuring that you receive the right fit.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Order Cancellation

    Orders are promptly processed for shipping. Cancellation requests are subject to approval with a $5.99 fee. 

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shopulvano.com.
